Cara has worked with Topshop before, she first molded for the brand in 2010 when she was featured in British Supermodel model Kate Moss's Topshop campaign video. She has also walked for Topshop Unique runway shows for their Spring/Summer 2013, Autumn/Winter 2013, and Spring/Summer 2014 seasons.

During the Topshop Autumn/Winter 2013 campaign Cara was filmed doing the “Harlem Shake” which went viral on YouTube with over 1.6 million views.

Cara was the first model to live-stream a runway show with a “Google-cam” concealed in  her handbag, which she held down the runway during London Fashion Week for Topshop Unique. (fashionweekdaily)
