90's Versace






Gianni Versace was born December 2, 1946, in Reggio di Calabria, Italy. He is known as one of the  top fashion designers in the '80s and '90s.  In the 1972, at the age 0f 25, Gianni moved to Milan, Italy, launching his first clothing line.  In  1978 and in 1989, Versace debuted his first couture collection- Versace Atelier. 





Throughout his career, Versace has designed and dressed many celebrities and  pop icons  such as Madonna, Elton John  Elizabeth Hurley and Tina Turner.  Versace death came as a shock to the fashion community and world, as he passed away  on July 15, 1997, when he was murder outside his Miami, Florida villa. It rumored that at the time of his death, Versace's company was  worth more than $800 million.
